• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund minus any cancellation fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date or after the course has started are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Processing fees or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Exceptions

No refunds will be given for course materials or special workshops that were purchased separately.
