Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellations

• You may cancel a course registration up to 2 days before the course start date for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee.

2. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a class, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• Any rescheduling requests made after the class has started are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

4. Special Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), we may offer exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
